O Perraultovih pravljicah
Perrault’s fairy tales emerge from the world of French literature and court life. They are often elegant, lucid, and pointed in their morals, while preserving older motifs also familiar from other European traditions.
Kako smo pripravili besedila
The surviving French source contains eleven works: eight prose fairy tales and three verse tales, Peau-d’Âne, Les Souhaits ridicules, and Griselidis. Each is imported as a chapter, and the Slovenian translation is being made directly from Old French.
Vir, izdaja in pravice
Perrault died in 1703, so the French works used are in the public domain. Waltey retains the French DOCX used, but neither the exact web address nor the historical digital edition was recorded at the time of the initial import. The individual works and their titles can be verified in the working source; the bibliographic trail leading to the specific scan still needs to be completed.
