Prevod

Zeus, Poseidon, and Athena held a contest to see who could make the finest creation. Zeus made a man of surpassing beauty, Poseidon a bull, and Athena a house for people to live in; Momus was appointed their judge. First he found fault with the position of the bull’s horns, saying they ought to have been placed below its eyes so that it could see where it was striking. As for the man, he said his thoughts and intentions ought to be laid bare, so that everyone could see what he was planning. And he criticized the house because Athena had not fitted it with iron wheels, so that it could travel abroad with its owners and escape a wicked neighbor.
