Prevod

A shepherd and a cook were traveling along the same road. Seeing a well-fed lamb wandering away from its flock, left behind by its companions, they both rushed toward it. In those days, animals could speak the same language as people. The lamb asked who they each were, that they should wish to seize him and lead him away. When he learned the truth and knew the trade of each, he entrusted himself to the shepherd, saying to the cook, “You are nothing but a butcher and a bloody murderer of lambs, whereas he will be quite content with our way of life.”

Izvirnik
