Prevod

(To those who collect many books and read none.) Once a little Donkey was carrying a skin full of oil, helping an Oil Merchant in his trade. At a somewhat brisk pace 5 he entered his stable at night and struck himself a dreadful blow against the knocker on a door. “Oh!” he cried. “Is it not hard that I should carry so much oil, 10 yet have no light in my stable?” I fear this tale may offend those who strive to collect books they never read. Are they offended? So be it; 15 but will such people, I wonder, ever read my fables?
