Prevod

An eagle sat atop a rock, looking for a hare to hunt. Someone shot him with an arrow, which pierced his body, leaving the notched end and its feathers before his eyes. Seeing this, he said, “This adds yet another sorrow to my fate: to die by my own feathers.” The fable shows how terrible it is to be endangered by what is one’s own.
