Prevod

Two friends were walking along the same road. When a bear appeared before them, one quickly climbed a tree and hid there. The other, seeing that he was about to be caught, fell to the ground and pretended to be dead. As the bear brought its muzzle close and sniffed him all over, he held his breath, for they say that a bear will not touch a dead body. When it had gone, the man in the tree climbed down and asked his friend what the bear had whispered in his ear. “Never again to travel with friends who desert you in times of danger,” he replied.

The story shows that misfortune puts true friends to the test.
