Prevod

In the middle of the night, a young man was singing sweetly. A woman heard him, rose, and leaned out of her window. Seeing how very handsome he was in the bright moonlight, she left her husband asleep, went downstairs, and stepped outside to satisfy her desire. Her husband suddenly awoke and began looking for her. Finding her nowhere in the house, he was at a loss and went out into the street himself. “Don’t be alarmed,” he said to his wife. “Persuade the young man to sleep at our house.” Then he took him by the hand and led him inside. Now he too had his turn: the two men were eager for their sport, while she was left idle.

So much for the story. Its meaning is this: pleasure is a bad bargain when one must pay for it.
