Prevod
A fox climbing a fence was about to slip, so she caught hold of a bramble. Its thorns scratched her paw and left her in great pain, and she reproached it: she had turned to it for help, only to find it worse than the danger she had faced. The bramble replied, “You must have lost your wits, my dear, to think of catching hold of me, when I am in the habit of catching hold of everyone.” So too, those people are foolish who seek help from others whose nature inclines them rather to do harm.
