Prevod
Under Emperor Yuan of Jin, a great drought struck Yangzhou in the sixth month, and an earthquake struck Hedong in the twelfth. In the twelfth month of the previous year, Chunyu Bo, a clerk charged with supervising transport, had been beheaded. His blood surged upward along a pillar to a height of two zhang and three chi, then flowed back down four chi and five cun. Chunyu Bo had been unjustly put to death, and droughts followed for three successive years. When punishments are imposed arbitrarily, the forces of yin fail to cohere, and yang prevails over them. Such chastisement is also a response to the lingering force of injustice.
