Shimen was a disciple of Xiaofu. He could command fire and lived on peach blossoms. He served as dragon master to Kongjia. Kongjia could not discipline his own heart and mind, and had Shimen killed and buried in the open country. One day, wind and rain came to receive him, and all the trees on the mountain burst into flame. Kongjia offered sacrifices and prayed to him, but died before he could return.
