Prevod

A starving wolf roamed about in search of food. Coming to a certain place, he heard an old woman threatening a crying child that unless it stopped, she would throw it to the wolf. Believing she meant what she said, he waited. But when evening came and nothing had happened to bear out her words, he went away, saying, “In this household, people say one thing and do another.” This fable applies to those whose deeds do not match their words.
