Prevod

A man was riding a mare that was in foal, and as he traveled, she gave birth. The foal at once began following her, but soon grew dizzy and said to the man riding its mother, “Look, you can see how small I am and how little strength I have for traveling. Know, then, that if you leave me here, I shall perish at once. But if you pick me up and take me somewhere and see that I am reared, then, when I have grown, I shall let you ride me.” The fable shows that we should do good to those from whom we may hope for kindness in return.
