Prevod

A wind uprooted an oak and cast it into a river. As it drifted along, the oak asked the reeds, “How is it that you, weak and slender as you are, are not uprooted by violent winds?” They replied, “You fight against the winds and resist them, and that is why you are uprooted. But we bow before every wind and remain unharmed.” The lesson is that one should not resist those in power, but submit and obey.
